The room was very well designed. Packed everything we needed into a smallish space, so it felt spacious! Balcony was nice but our view was building tops! Beds and pillows were comfortable, with nice rain shower head in walk in shower, and separate water closet for the toilet. The staff were excellent, always courteous and helpful. The guys working the front desk enhanced our stay by telling us about the city and how to get where. Special thanks to Jon, Thomas, Justin, Morgan, and anyone else I may have forgotten. It was great being in the middle of Little Italy and within walking distance of the 9/11 memorial and museum, the Hudson River and numerous other things within walking distance. I would recommend and stay there again!
